本页面适用于 FateLab / 成都富莉博科技有限公司 在 Google Play 发布的应用，包括但不限于 BeadPixel-One Tap Pixel Color、Compass、Sleep。
FateLab 应用通常无需注册账号即可使用。为了保存您的偏好设置、订阅状态等信息，应用可能会基于您的设备自动生成一个与设备绑定的用户标识（例如 Android 设备上的 Android ID）。本页面说明如何申请删除该标识所关联的全部数据。
如何申请删除数据
请发送邮件至 zftaifei@gmail.com，并在邮件中注明「数据删除请求」。为了能够准确定位并删除您的数据，请在邮件中提供以下信息：
- App 名称：您使用的具体应用名称（例如 BeadPixel-One Tap Pixel Color、Compass、Sleep）
- 设备的 Android ID：可在「设置 > 关于手机 > 状态信息」或通过第三方设备信息工具查看；如不确定如何获取，可在邮件中说明，我们会协助您确认
- （可选）订阅或购买凭证：如您购买过订阅或内购项目，请附上相关收据信息，便于我们核实并一并处理
删除范围
收到并核实您的请求后，我们将删除以下与该设备标识相关联的数据：
- 与该 Android ID 绑定的本地化用户数据
- 用户偏好与应用内配置信息
- 与该标识关联的订阅 / 购买记录
数据保留说明
出于法律合规、防欺诈与对账需要，部分日志记录或支付相关凭证可能会在删除请求处理完成后继续保留 30 至 90 天，到期后将被自动清除，且不会再用于其他用途。
处理时间
我们将在收到您的删除请求后 30 天内完成处理，并通过邮件告知您处理结果。

Overview
This page applies to apps published on Google Play by FateLab / Chengdu Fulibo Technology Co., Ltd., including but not limited to BeadPixel-One Tap Pixel Color, Compass, Sleep.
FateLab apps generally do not require account registration. To remember your preferences and subscription status, an app may generate a device-bound user identifier (for example, the Android ID on Android devices). This page explains how to request deletion of all data associated with that identifier.
How to Request Data Deletion
Please email zftaifei@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." To help us locate and remove your data accurately, please include the following information:
- App name: the specific app you use (for example, BeadPixel-One Tap Pixel Color, Compass, Sleep)
- Your device's Android ID: found under Settings > About Phone > Status Information, or via a third-party device info tool; if you're unsure how to find it, let us know and we'll help you confirm it
- (Optional) Subscription or purchase proof: if you purchased a subscription or in-app item, attaching your receipt details helps us verify and process it together
What Gets Deleted
Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete the following data associated with your device identifier:
- Locally stored user data tied to your Android ID
- User preferences and in-app configuration
- Subscription / purchase records linked to that identifier
Data Retention
For legal compliance, fraud prevention, and reconciliation purposes, certain logs or payment-related records may be retained for 30–90 days after your deletion request is processed, after which they are automatically purged and never used for any other purpose.
Processing Time
We will complete your deletion request within 30 days of receipt and notify you of the outcome by email.
